Purchase OpenCube Software
OpenCube software is available as a fully functional, free evaluation download (see the license terms for complete details). The evaluation download will display a purchase reminder when the menu is published and run from a live address (http://).
Licenses are available on a per domain basis (or internal address), or for an unlimited number of domains/addresses. Unlock codes are provided immediatly at the end of the checkout process and will unlock the evaluation software downloads. The unlock mechanisms for both QuickMenu and NodeFire do not contact OpenCube or other third party sites to validate the license.

OpenCube Software Use (NodeFire Library and Visual CSS QuickMenu) Your use of the OpenCube NodeFire and QuickMenu software (referred to in this document as the "OpenCube software" or "software") is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and OpenCube Inc. Local Use You may use the software on a local computer, or redistribute the software on media for use on local computers so long as the software is part of a larger application or web site. The primary focus of the distributed application or web site may not be the same as the OpenCube software.

Purchase Reminder The "Purchase Reminder" is defined as the message which states the OpenCube name and product, the reminder appears on top of widgets and menus after the user exits with the mouse, or is displayed as a pop up window in the browser. The purchase reminder may not be altered, disabled, or hidden from view. OpenCube reserves the right to link to web site domain names displaying the use of the software with an altered purchase reminder. OpenCube will not be responsible for damages, financial or other, to a person or company due to our inclusion of the web site URL on our pirated software page.
Removal, altering, or hiding the purchase reminder requires that a license is purchased directly from OpenCube (www.opencube.com).

Re-Distribution The software may be re-distributed as part of a larger application or web site with it's own unique purpose. The purpose of the application or web site may not be widget design and development, site navigation, or API related.

OpenCube Copyright Identification You agree to maintain the OpenCube software copyright identification which is included at the top of the source JavaScript files or within the HTML produced by the visual software. Removal of the Copyright notice is restricted by law and is a violation of these terms.
